Scanning of Microfilm and images
We offer bureau facilities where we can scan 35mm microfilm aperture cards and large format images
(A4-A0). There are obvious benefits to having archive documents in digital format:
- Increased speed of retrieval
- No further degradation of originals
- Dramatically reduced storage space
- Editing of images in some CAD packages
- Improved security
- Ease of printing digital images
- Electronic distribution of images
- Images are converted onto easy-to-manage compressed TIFF Group 4 images.
- Images can be stored on hard drive and backed up on CD. One CD can hold between 2000-3000 images.
- One set of CD's is used as a working copy and other sets should be stored in a secure area.
- The User will be able to locate images in seconds using any number of customizable search fields.
- The image can then be printed, E-Mailed; red-lined or have annotations attached for communication purposes.
ALL IMAGES CAN BE SAVED IN TIFF G4 OR PDF FORMAT

Laser Engraving
The LaserPro AutoFocus button is a one-touch patented
technology that adjusts the laser engraver to the precise focal point
on the engraving area automatically. The Auto-Focus is not a LaserPro
optional item, but a standard feature that is included with all LaserPro
Explorer, Mercury, and Venus models.
When precision is a factor, the AutoFocus is an effective tool to
prevent human error when focusing the lens to a specific distance
from the surface of the working material. The laser beam is five
thousands (.005) of an inch in diameter. Such thin and accurate laser
beam requires a particular and exact distance to output at its optimum
quality. With the press of a single Auto Focus button, the work bed
will automatically move upward to meet the focus gauge and then downward
to the correct position. No matter what kind of working surface that
you work with(flat, concave or convex) the Auto Focus result is perfect
every time. With the Auto Focus button, you will be able to focus
your laser in less time and still produce at uncompromising quality.
Adventurers of speed, voyagers of potential, piloting you into the
amazing laser world and seeing through the unknown space beyond your
imagination.

A DC servo motor can deliver greater continuous shaft power
at higher speeds than a stepper of the same frame size. It can
also give far greater accuracy due to the continuous movement,
instead of constant stopping and starting. |
 |
Auto focus gauge, Focal-Sharp TM , offers an exact focal length
on various kinds of materials precisely and promptly. Optional
dual heads and standard red beam pointer, working efficiently
without wasting your time and material. |

Specially designed front door and back panel, to cut or engrave
extremely long working piece that no one else can do. |
